We need you to help us make this big Fest a wonderful experience for us all and our new place funded with good vibes and cash! So if you couldn’t help with hard currencies and/or renovation till now, it is your chance to donate your time for 4lthangrund!

We need as many helpers as possible in various fields, if you feel up to the task and/or have done this before, even if you are new to all of them, we appreciate all your support! As a return you will get in for free and guaranteed (we expect entry closing at some point) and 3 drinks on the house. We will also be providing some food.

What we need from you is reliability and that you stay as sober as you need to be for doing the task at hand.

Starting with bar duties:
Tear down the BAR-riers… hihi… Not yet, but later.
At the bar you would be taking care of giving people what they want, drink-wise, order new beverages as soon as you see that your bar is running low on anything, refilling the fridges and keeping the bars clean. As well as running and collecting empty bottles. Having a great time and laughs are included.

Runners, fast and flashy people with the ability to maneuver heavy loads through the massive crowds. Give and take and be as fast as lighting.

The entrance crew will welcome you. Open the gates to the collective party. Cash, bracelets and telling people “sorry you have to wait, the party is currently full” & still have a nice situation.

Garderobe – guard everyone’s belongings and help them to get safely from the sweaty dancefloor back to the cold reality of the neoliberal city outside.

Kitchen sauce-erers, slicing and dicing, washing and cleaning, giving the people a good mood through good food! We would want to serve vegan food made with love and care.

All-rounders & stand in people will be the backbone if something is not working out. Somebody drops out somewhere else? Well its your task now!

For security:
We have several professional teams supporting you in case it is needed. Your main task will be to keep the dancers from dancing to deep into the dark staircase. So catch the wandering souls before it is too late. We need you to safeguard the location in the staircases and the outside (outside shifts may be shorter) on the gates and fences. If you see a situation that can be solved by Awareness, contact them and if something big is happening – contact the professionals.

Awareness tasks are always carried out with the help and an introduction from AwA*-Team. You will support them and be visible to people who need help. Supporting the mobile team and the contact points – together making the party a braver space for everybody.

Cleaning Crew – the Silent Heroes
From sparkling toilets to surprise situations (yes, even broken glass), you’ll be the guardians of comfort and hygiene. Your support helps keep the vibe high and the spaces welcoming — even deep into the night. Thanks to you, everyone can keep dancing without worry, and the toilets stay in a form we can all be happy about.

Build-Up Squad – Bringing the Vision to Life
On the 23rd (from the afternoon) and 24th (from noon until 19:00), we’ll need helping hands to turn ideas into reality. Moving gear, setting things up, and shaping the space before the magic begins — this is where the foundation of the party is built. If you like teamwork and seeing things come together, this one’s for you.

Build-Down Crew – Closing the Circle
After the last beats fade away, the journey isn’t quite over yet. On the 25th (directly after the event & late afternoon) and 26th, we’ll gather to pack down, clean up, and leave the space. It’s about finishing strong, sharing one last effort, and closing the chapter of an unforgettable event.

For each area of activity a “How To” will be provided and there will be a team of coordinators available for each of the areas who will keep an overview.

Wir brauchen deine Hilfe, damit dieses große Fest für uns alle zu einem wunderbaren Erlebnis wird und unser neuer Ort mit guter Stimmung und Geld finanziert wird! Wenn du bisher nicht mit Geld und/oder Renovierungsarbeiten helfen konntest, ist dies deine Chance, deine Zeit für 4lthangrund zu spenden!

Wir brauchen so viele Helfer_inn wie möglich in verschiedenen Bereichen. Wenn du dich der Aufgabe gewachsen fühlst und/oder du es schon einmal gemacht hast, aber auch wenn du noch keine Erfahrung hast, freuen wir uns über deine Unterstützung! Als Gegenleistung erhältst du garantierten und freien Eintritt (wir rechnen damit, dass der Einlass irgendwann geschlossen wird) und 3 Getränke auf Kosten des Hauses. Wir sorgen auch für etwas zu essen.

Was wir von dir erwarten, ist Zuverlässigkeit und dass du so nüchtern bleibst, wie es für die jeweilige Aufgabe erforderlich ist.

Beginnend mit den Aufgaben an der Bar:
Reiß die BAR-rieren nieder… hihi… Noch nicht, aber später.
An der Bar kümmerst du dich darum, den Leuten ihre gewünschten Getränke zu servieren, neue Getränke zu bestellen, sobald du siehst, dass etwas zur Neige geht, die Kühlschränke aufzufüllen und die Bars sauber zu halten. Außerdem sammelst du leere Flaschen ein. Eine tolle Zeit und viel Spaß sind inklusive.

Runners, schnelle und flinke Leute, die in der Lage sind, schwere Lasten durch die riesigen Menschenmengen zu manövrieren. Gebt und nehmt und seid schnell wie der Blitz.

Das Eingangspersonal heißt dich willkommen. Öffne die Tore zur gemeinsamen Party. Bargeld, Armbänder und den Leuten sagen: „Tut mir leid, du musst warten, die Party ist gerade voll“ – und trotzdem eine gute Stimmung bewahren.

Garderobe – bewache die Sachen aller und hilf ihnen, sicher von der verschwitzten Tanzfläche zurück in die kalte Realität der neoliberalen Stadt draußen zu gelangen.

Küchensupport, die schneiden und würfeln, spülen und putzen und den Leuten mit gutem Essen gute Laune bereiten! Wir möchten vegane Speisen servieren, die mit Liebe und Sorgfalt zubereitet werden.

Allrounder_innen und Ersatzleute sind das Rückgrat, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert. Jemand fällt woanders aus? Dann ist das jetzt deine Aufgabe 🙂 !

Für die Sicherheit:
Wir haben mehrere professionelle Teams, die euch bei Bedarf unterstützen. Eure Hauptaufgabe wird es sein, die Tänzer davon abzuhalten, zu tief in die dunkle Treppe hinein zu tanzen. Fangt also die wandernden Seelen ein, bevor es zu spät ist. Wir brauchen euch, um den Ort in den Treppenhäusern und draußen (die Schichten draußen können kürzer sein) an den Toren und Zäunen zu sichern. Wenn ihr eine Situation seht, die durch Awareness gelöst werden kann, kontaktiert sie, und wenn etwas anderes passiert, kontaktiert die Schutzgruppe.

Aufgaben im Bereich Awareness werden immer mit Hilfe und einer Einführung durch das AwA* Team durchgeführt. Du unterstützt sie und bist für Menschen sichtbar, die Hilfe benötigen. Du unterstützt das mobile Team und die Kontaktstellen – gemeinsam macht ihr die Party zu einem sichereren Ort für alle an dem Misstände angesprochen werden können.

Reinigungsteam – die stillen Helden
Von blitzblanken Toiletten bis hin zu Überraschungssituationen (ja, sogar Glasscherben) seid ihr die Hüter des Komforts und der Hygiene. Eure Unterstützung trägt dazu bei, dass die Stimmung hoch und die Räume einladend bleiben – sogar bis tief in die Nacht hinein. Dank euch können alle ohne Sorgen weiter tanzen und die Toiletten bleiben in einem Zustand, mit dem wir alle zufrieden sein können.

Aufbau-Team – Die Vision zum Leben erwecken
Am 23. (ab dem Nachmittag) und 24. (von Mittag bis 19:00 Uhr) brauchen wir helfende Hände, um Ideen in die Realität umzusetzen. Ausrüstung transportieren, Dinge aufbauen und den Raum gestalten, bevor die Magie beginnt – hier wird das Fundament der Party gelegt. Wenn du Teamarbeit magst und gerne siehst, wie Dinge zusammenkommen, ist das genau das Richtige für dich.

Build-Down-Crew – Der Kreis schließt sich
Nachdem die letzten Beats verklungen sind, ist die Reise noch nicht ganz zu Ende. Am 25. (direkt nach der Veranstaltung & am späten Nachmittag) und 26. treffen wir uns, um abzubauen, aufzuräumen und den Raum zu verlassen. Es geht darum, einen starken Abschluss zu schaffen, eine letzte gemeinsame Anstrengung zu unternehmen und das Kapitel eines unvergesslichen Events zu schließen.

Für jeden Tätigkeitsbereich wird eine Anleitung bereitgestellt, und für jeden Bereich steht ein Team von Koordinatoren zur Verfügung, die den Überblick behalten.
